We want you to love your D.LOUISE pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewellery in its original D.LOUISE pouch and box to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
